So relief Pitchers It's Tough Getting A Baseball team To respond To My Request

What I am trying to do is interview a pitching coach from either a semi pro team, minor league system or maybe a minor baseball league.

Maybe I should be going right to the top echelon and interviewing pitching coaches from Major league Baseball.

What I want to is take a baseball analytics program--obviously on relief pitchers. Im fascinated by relief pitchers. Not sure why.

How do pitching coaches not just train relievers--but see potential in a baseball player who may not be a pitcher at all, or maybe they are a starter who is better off in the reliever role based upon data.

Also I would like to know how pitching cvoaches train potential releivers to see if they are better off in short or long relief--or maybe they are better off as a set up man or a closer.

And even how they train relievers to see where they should focus the type of pitches they are better at throwing when it comes to relieving--and how pitching coaches teach releivers the best way to approach different batters when it comes to data which is so important in baseball these days.
